Pinaka's architecture was designed for India's reality. Not a whiteboard abstraction. Every technical decision maps to a student outcome.
9-stack serverless
Pinaka runs on 9 independently deployable infrastructure stacks. Stateful and stateless concerns are separated by design. A scoring deployment can't take down exam delivery.
Low-bandwidth-first
The core exam flow works on 3G connections. No CDN dependency for critical paths. We built for India's connectivity reality, then optimised for everything else.
Audit-grade data integrity
Every answer is checksummed. Every submission is timestamped. Every result is auditable. Built for institutions where exam integrity is not optional.
Elastic by default
Scales from 100 to 250,000 concurrent users. Infrastructure grows with demand and shrinks when it's done. You pay for what you use, not what you might need.
What we are building
Beyond assessments
Pinaka is the first product. Assessment infrastructure: mock exams, diagnostics, behavioural profiling. It solves the problem that exists today.
The next step is Tara. An AI learning companion that uses the diagnostic data Pinaka generates to build personalised learning paths. Not content. Not another app. A system that understands what each student needs and adapts.
